Coaches from the Enabel programmes ‘Sustainable Cocoa Côte d’Ivoire’ and ‘Trade for Development Centre’ gathered in May in Côte d’Ivoire for the Coaching Days.
These three days of rich exchanges will enable participants to:
- Create synergies for action between the two projects;
- Consolidate the coaching methodology and the coaches’ approach;
- Exchange good practices and discuss the challenges encountered;
- Share tools for support
The various inspiring contributions will strengthen the links between coaches and lay the foundations for a Coaching Academy, a space for continuous learning to support agricultural cooperatives in marketing, financial and organisational management, governance, and HREDD (Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence).
