From 20 to 22 May 2025, Coaching Days brought together teams and coaches from Enabel’s ‘Sustainable Cocoa in Côte d’Ivoire’ and ‘Trade for Development Centre’ (TDC) projects.
The aim of these three days was to strengthen the skills of coaches involved in agricultural value chains by promoting the sharing of experiences and the adaptation of tools to different contexts.
These days, rich in exchanges, enabled participants to:
- create synergies between the two projects;
- consolidate the coaching methodology and approach of the coaches;
- exchange good practices and discuss the challenges encountered;
- share support tools.
The workshops covered a wide range of topics, from Design Thinking applied to agricultural cooperatives to financial management, situational leadership and governance.
These coaching days laid the foundations for a community of practice and a Coaching Academy, a permanent space for training and skills development for coaches working for Enabel.
